Abstract: "Singing the Lord's Song in a World That's Getting Stranger" is the theme for the Bluebonnet Area/Lower Rio Grande Valley District Fall Retreat for Disciples Women.

"Singing the Lord's Song in a World That's Getting Stranger" is the theme chosen for the Disciples Women's Ministries Bluebonnet Area/Lower Rio Grande Valley District's fall retreat. Disciples Women will gather at Disciple Oaks Retreat Center in Gonzales, TX, on September 24-26, 2010.

This year's keynoter is our Regional Minister and President, Dani Loving Cartwright. The theme is taken from Psalm 137, "How can we sing the songs of the Lord while in a foreign land?"
A wide selection of workshops, including book reviews and discussions, crafts, Bible study, spiritual leadership, and signing to music is available.

Our ever popular Silent Auction is once again offered, with the proceeds going to the CCSW Regional Disciples Women: Women's Ministries Support. Bring your handcrafted or purchased item, and join in the fun.

For the first time, new registration options will be offered, including full weekend, one night, and Saturday only options. Please prayerfully consider attending all or part of this retreat.
